I had to go to my GP's surgery last week for a blood test and when I was walking in I saw someone I knew walking out. She said Hello and asked if I was alright. I laughed and said....Well,I wouldn't be here if I was....then asked how she was.
Well, she a very assertive person, always speaks her mind is someone who I would say would not hold her tongue. She stood there telling me that they were being awful to her at work and she had had enough of it. She'd been to see the GP telling him that she was depressed so he would sign her off work, that giving her the opportunity to look for another job whilst she was off sick. Adding that she didn't give a (naughty word here, rhymes with luck), because they all do it a work. She seemed proud of herself pulling the wool over the eyes of her employer.
I was so annoyed with her, really had to bite my tongue, just a total waste of a GP's appointment when someone genuinely ill could had her appointment. I am sure you all agree.
